Head to Head Soccer was the international favorite of Coleco's electronic sports line. While football and basketball dominated North American sales, the soccer variant found a strong audience worldwide, particularly in European and South American markets where Coleco distributed through CBS Electronics.

CBS Electronics, Coleco's international distribution partner, marketed the ColecoVision across Europe, Australia, and other territories under the CBS brand. The Head to Head handhelds similarly reached global audiences through this partnership, making Soccer one of the most widely distributed titles in the series.

This ColecoVision version honors that global appeal, bringing international-flavored retro gaming to the console.
